We are committed to identifying systemic and structural biases, to eliminating racism and other injustices, and to enhancing diversity and inclusion, both within our community and as an essential element of our work in quantitative science and population health. To devise our plan of action, we are pursuing ideas in the areas of advocacy, education, outreach, recruitment, training and research. Our entire community is part of these discussions, and we welcome additional input from the DBEI and CCEB on an anonymous survey included here (DBEI/CCEB intranet log-in required). We will update this space regularly as we put into practice our vision of full justice.
